Voices of SDG16+ Campaign

Voices of SDG16+: Stories of Global Action is a collaborative campaign to bring the work of civil society on SDG16+ to the global level of discussions at the United Nations. Individuals and partners from around the world will have the opportunity to submit short videos telling their “stories” of best practices and extraordinary efforts being undertaken towards SDG16+ at the national and local levels. Some individuals will be sponsored to attend the HLPF in person and share their work with the UN community and policymakers.

Mainstreaming SDG16

Amidst extraordinary and unprecedented challenges posed by COVID-19, compounding already strained systems of governance globally, failing institutions, shrinking civic space and increasing social unrest driven by entrenched, structural injustice, this resource seeks to support the realization of more peaceful, just and inclusive societies through Sustainable Development Goal 16 (SDG 16), the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Voluntary National Review (VNR) process.

TAP Network's Storytelling Initiative

In 2021, TAP Network launched the TAP Storytelling Initiative, which aims closely and frequently highlight the work of our Network through working directly with them to produce quality online content about their endeavors.  We hope that these opportunities will not only offer heightened visibility of the work of our Network, but will also inspire and educate more commitments to SDG16 and transparency and accountability for the 2030 Agenda as a whole.
