To holistically, professionally, efficiently, and effectively improve the livelihoods of rural communities by generating economically, socially, agriculturally, intellectually empowered by promoting health and gender equality through mobilisation, training and development of all poor, marginalised and vulnerable women, youth and children in the remote rural areas of the Lubombo region of Eswatini.

"Sinatsisa Lubombo (SNL) is deeply committed to advancing Sustainable Development Goal 16 (SDG 16), which aims to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, provide access to justice for all, and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels. SNL recognizes that peace, justice, and strong institutions are foundational to sustainable development and the well-being of communities, locally, nationally and worldwide. The organisation commits to undertake the responsibility under the following objectives: 1. Strengthening of Institutional Accountability through: Using strategic initiatives in enforcing transparency, responsiveness, and accountability in public and private institutions Conducting capacity-building and policy advocacy in public and private institutions 2. Enhance inclusive participation through: Empowerment initiatives on civil society more especially women, youth and girls to engage on meaningful participation in decision –making processes at local, national and international levels. 3. Prevention of violence and enforcing peace building initiatives through: Implementation of community based initiatives to prevent violence, conflicts, and conduction reconciliation deliberations in post-conflict settings Work Plan 1. Capacity Building: Activities Conduct workshops and training sessions for government officials, civil society leaders, and community members on good governance, anti-corruption, and human rights. 2. Psychosocial support and Advocacy: 3. Activities Establish legal aid clinics and engage with local legal services to reach remote and underserved populations. Advocate for policy reforms that strengthen the rule of law and protect fundamental freedoms. 4. Community Engagement: Activities Launch participatory forums, Community meetings, and digital platforms to facilitate dialogue between citizens and institutions. "Sinatsisa Lubombo Women and girls empowerment (SNL) organization actively aligns with and contributes to the TAP Network's mission of advancing SDG16+ (peace, justice, and strong institutions) and accountability for the 2030 Agenda through collaborative action, resource mobilisation, and shared advocacy. Below are specific areas of synergy and contribution: Shared Objectives and Alignment SNL integrates TAP’s core principles namely: transparency, accountability, and participation into our SDG16+ initiatives, replicating TAP’s vision of inclusive governance as both an outcome and enabler of sustainable development SNL’s work prioritizes: Strengthening institutional accountability through anti-corruption frameworks and open governance policies. Expanding access to justice for marginalized communities through legal aid clinics and policy reform. Enhancing civic participation in decision-making, especially among women girls and youth. "
