Organization mission and work description:
GI works in various countries through the Focal Integrity Teams, which are country chapters for the organization. The principles upon which IGI executes its mandate are anchored on traditional Biblical doctrines and values. Reformed Christianity seeks to interpret the meaning and purpose of life, including leadership and good governance in terms of the purpose of the Creator God, revealed in the Bible. So the ethos of IGI is that of servant leadership and requires objectivity, neutrality and equality at all times. We encourage the building of an open society where both leaders and those led are ready to speak up and defend the truth, rejecting any form of fraudulent behavior. Although IGI is a reformed Christian organization, we work with individual professionals from all walks of life irrespective of religion. We collaborate with civil society organizations having an impeccable record of performance in the building of integrity in public service. We build partnerships with our government counterparts. Our purpose in all these networks is to cultivate personal and institutional integrity, not just among those holding office in public trust but even those in the civil society movement and the general public

To integrate TAP activities into our country programs and activities by July 2018, To provide tremister reports on country programs conducted as they relate with and foster SDG16 each year. To lobby political will locally for the realisation of SDG16 regionally and mobilise civil society in advocating for the full implementation of SDG16 in countries where we have affiliations by 2020

OUR AREAS OF ACTION & INTERVENTION AND PRIORITIES Integrity Actions and Education Empowering Citizens to Act with and Demand Integrity Equitable, Accountable and Just Society Initiatives Helping Communities Fix Development Projects and promoting Citizen-led engagements to improve governance, transparency and rule of law in Cameroon Economic Empowerment Initiatives & Actions Mobilizing and Improving Young People’s Human Capital and Potential for Rapid Economic Growth and Increased Employment in Cameroon Participatory Action Research Carry out baseline and need assessment studies to identify problematic areas, public service delivery constrains and development needs of local communities Technical Assistance to Public Institutions and NGOs Helping with capacity development of core staff on governance, integrity, anti-corruption, social & institutional audits and ethics including mentoring of civil society leaders and organizations
Organization's work related to TAP network's SGD16+ work & accountability for 2030 Agenda:
Designing programs and projects along the lines of fostering the implementation of SDG16, Organising more awareness meetings and round tables on SDG16 to create more awareness and participation of civil society, lobby for policy changes in favor of SDG16 targets and provide regular report to TAP network on our activities and program implementation efforts including achivements and challenges in fostering SDG16 within countries and communities of our operation
